O'CALLAGHAN, Eileen (Sandymount, Dublin 4). On Eileen's birthday, her nephews and niece John, Paul and Mary along with their families, would like to thank her many friends, colleagues, family members and all those who attended the funeral services, sent letters, donations, flowers and Mass cards and offered heartfelt condolences. We are very grateful to her neighbours, friends, family and the staff of St Vincent's University Hospital for their kindness and support during Eileen's illness and time in hospital, especially Trish Kavanagh, Fiona and Ray Behan, Phyllis Geraghty, Mary O'Sullivan, Laura O'Dea and Johnny Herbert. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for all your intentions.
