SCALES January 24, 2015, in a Surrey Hospital after a brief illness, Ian David (late of Enniskillen, Co. Fermanagh, Nigeria and Coulsden, Surrey). Pre-deceased by his wife Valerie (née Taylor). Mourned by his daughters Denise and Jenny, son David and daughter-in-law Anne, brother Peter and family in Blackrock, Co. Dublin. Funeral on Thursday, February 5. Firstly the committal at Croydon Crematorium at 2.15pm followed by church service of thanksgiving at St John's Evangelist, Old Coulsdon.
