BURKE, Joseph (Joe) (Greenfields Road, Newcastle, Galway and formerly Corofin, Co. Galway) October 30, 2022 - Unexpectedly at University Hospital, Galway. Dearly beloved husband of the late Teresa and much-loved father of Kevin and Martina. Deeply mourned by his son and daughter, daughter-in-law Catherine, grandson Hugo and granddaughter Ailbhe. Pre-deceased by his siblings Maura, Pete and Jarlath. Sadly missed by his dear brother Tommie, his sisters Eileen and Carmel, his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, the extended Burke and Cleary families as well as previous work colleagues, neighbours and friends. Reposing at the O’Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue, Galway (H91V1K8) on Thursday, 3 November from 5.30 p,m. with Removal at 7 p.m. to Cathedral. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Joe on Friday, November 4, at 12 noon. Funeral after Mass to the New Cemetery, Bohermore.
