BARTON, James Turner - July 14, 2013, (peacefully), in the loving care of the staff at Ashbury Nursing Home and surrounded by his wife and family; deeply mourned and sadly missed by his loving wife Peggy, six sons Bernard, Philip, John, Arthur, Richard and Patrick, daughters-in-law, brother Dick, twenty grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, his many relatives and friends. May he rest in peace. Funeral Mass today (Wednesday) morning at 10 o'clock, in the Church of the Guardian Angels, Newtownpark Avenue, Blackrock followed by burial at Glann Cemetery, Oughterard, Co. Galway. House private. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to The Irish Cancer Society and The Irish Heart Foundation.
