POOLE (née Jones) Ann (Foxrock, Dublin 18) - August 16, 2012, (suddenly), at St. Vincent's University Hospital, beloved wife of Sam, loving mother of Derek and Sam, mother-in-law of Catherine and Lise, dearly loved grandmother of Daniel, Emma, Max and Katy, dear sister of Ethel, Evelyn, Bob, Kathleen and the late John; she will be remembered with love by all her extended family, friends and neighbours. Funeral Service on Monday, August 20 at 11 o'clock, in Tullow Parish Church, Brighton Road, Foxrock, followed by funeral to Mount Jerome Crematorium. Family flowers only, please.
