Only found out recently that Catherine had passed. I was in her class in Muckross and although rarely saw her afterwards I thought of her often

Such sad news. I knew Catherine from our undergrad days in UCD in the early 80s. She was a lovely, caring colleague and always such a lady.....and always a lot of fun. Thinking of her family and wishing them strength to deal with their great loss. Rest easy Catherine.

Oh my heart is breaking to know of Catherine's passing. We were great friends in UCD, always welcome in her home and friends in England and Scotland. Then our lives diverged on different paths but her soul has always been with me. My prayers are with Chris and children, her sisters Mary, Elizabeth and brother Fintan.

Deepest sympathy to the family on the recent death of Catherine. We studied together at UCD and graduated from Social Science in the early 80s. She lost touch with me over the years since, but curiosity my own career/work took me across the Irish sea to a county not far from where she lived but we didn't meet for a few decades! May she rest in peace

I’m sorry to hear of Catherine’s untimely passing. I have fond memories of sitting beside her in Muckross Park Primary School. May she rest in peace.
