DUNLEAVY - Margaret (Twenty-fifth Anniversary) - She was born on St Valentine's Day, she insisted no car journey was complete without the Rosary and no lunch was finished without a cut of tart, she was generous, she smelled of rosewater and 'Sweet Afton', she dismissed all misfortune with the advice to let the bad luck of the year go with it, she was great fun, she had a weakness for impractical footwear, she hid a talent for the piano, she was a daily communicant, she did all her messages on her bicycle and she had a photo of Nicky Rackard in her hallway. She was the much-loved Nan-nan of Bernard (Howth), and she will be remembered at nine o'clock Mass in Newbawn, County Wexford on Palm Sunday morning.
