QUINN - James (Jim), (Late of Glasnevin and retired from Clerys) - September 15th, 2025, peacefully, in the exceptional care of the team at Bartra Residential Home, Northwood, surrounded by his loving family. Much loved husband of Mary, adored father of Elizabeth, Deirdre and Claire and devoted Grandad to Joe (predeceased), James, Harry, Mollie and Anna. Jim will be very sadly missed by his brother, Michael, sons-in-law, Harry and Ronan, brothers and sisters-in-law, Lily, Frank, John, Breeda and Kate along with his nieces and nephews and all the extended Quinn and OMeara families, his wonderful neighbours and loyal friends. Removal on this (Tuesday) evening, September 16th, to arrive at the Church of Our Lady of Dolours, Glasnevin, D09 K5R6 (near Botanic Gardens) at 7pm. Funeral Mass on tomorrow morning (Wednesday), September 17th, at 11.30am at the Church of Our Lady of Dolours, Glasnevin, followed by cremation at Glasnevin Crematorium at 1.30pm approximately. Please note that the funeral Mass can be viewed online at https://www.glasnevinparish.ie/ and the cremation service at https://www.mcn.live/cameras/glasnevin-cemetery . No flowers please. Donations in lieu to the Mater Hospital Foundation, 54 Eccles Street, Dublin 7 or at https://www.materfoundation.ie/donate/. House private please.
