FITZGERALD, David Herbert Byard, (Sandymount, Co. Dublin and formerly of Kinvara Co. Galway) May 19, 2018, unexpectedly, but peacefully, in St. Vincent’s University Hospital. Beloved husband of the late Jean, much loved father of Grainne, Trish and Kathy, devoted grandpa to Alice, Guy and Hugh and opa to Jenny and Nadia. Sadly missed by his children, grandchildren, sons-in-law, grandson-in-law, extended family and friends. Funeral Service will take place on Monday May 28 at 11am in Kill-O’-The Grange Parish Church (C of I) Deansgrange, Blackrock. The burial will take place the following day (Tuesday May 29) after 12.00 noon Service in Ardrahan Church, Co. Galway. Donations, if desired, to RNLI – a much cherished charity of David’s.
