SALMON Monica, (Terenure, Dublin 6, March 9th, 2013) - On this her first anniversary the Family of the late Monica Salmon would like to express their deepest gratitude to all who sympathised with them following her untimely death. Sincere thanks to her relatives, special friends and neighbours for their support. We wish to express our appreciation to all those who attended Monica's funeral and sent letters, cards and flowers. A special word of thanks to Dr. Tom Walsh and the oncology team in the Mater Misericordiae University Hospital. We also extend our gratitude to the staff in St. Francis' Hospice, Raheny, who looked after Monica so well during her final days. As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere gratitude.
