MAGUIRE, Gerrard (Gerry) (Rtd. Det. Sgt. Garda Síochána) (Donnybrook, Dublin and formerly of Carrickaslane, Castleblaney, Co. Monaghan) - May 28, 2014 peacefully at The Blackrock Hospice; Sadly missed by his heartbroken family, his wife Eileen, sons Philip, Conor and Ronan, daughter Noreen, daughters-in-law Marian, Anita and Emma, son-in-law Colin, grandchildren Philip, Faye, Gavin, Stephen, Andrew, Ciarán, Thomas, Anna, Caoimhe, Eimear, James and Ciara, his sisters Clare and Madge, sisters-in-law Maureen and Carmel, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Rest in peace. Reposing at home today, Thursday from 3pm to 7pm. Removal tomorrow, Friday morning to Church of the Sacred Heart, Donnybrook arriving for 10am Funeral Mass followed by burial at Mount Venus Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations if desired, to The Blackrock Hospice (www.olh.ie).
