DOBBS Marjorie (First Anniversary,October 31, 2017) - Her mother and sisters thank the many relations, friends and neighbours who have supported them in so many ways - those who called to the house especially Winnie from the parish funeral team who led the prayers, also those who attended the Requiem Mass celebrated by Canon Martin Cosgrove. Her chosen hymns were beautifully sung by Gifford accompanied by the organist, thank you both so much. A week later Marjorie's ashes were buried at her request with her grandparents in Templeogue Cemetery. Canon Cosgrove attended and led the prayers which we greatly appreciated. A sincere word of appreciation to her special friends June and Marion who kept in touch throughout. Also thanks to her many AIB colleagues who attended the funeral - she would have been very touched to be remembered so. Thank you so much to Isolde a life long family friend who drove and visited Marjorie when she could and was invaluable helping us in all the tasks that have to be done following a bereavement. A special thank you to Dr. Westrup and her wonderful team in the Beacon Hospital for the care and friendship given to Marjorie during the two years of her illness. Finally thanks to Kevin and all the Fanagan staff who were so professional, helpful and very kind. Holy Mass has been offered for all your intentions.
