TIPPER, Bernadette (née O'Connor) (Dundrum, Dublin 16) on September 16th, 2024 (very peacefully) at Leopardstown Mowlam Nursing Home. Berney, Co-Founder of the Downs Syndrome Association of Ireland (DSAI), and the Association for the Recreation of Children that are Handicapped (ARCH); beloved wife of the late Donal and loving mother of Mark, Paul, Helen and the late John and Stephen. Very deeply regretted by her loving family, sister in law Dymphna, daughters in law, Áine and Ying, grandchildren Seán, Kevin, Neil and Stephen, extended family and friends. Reposing in Fanagans Funeral Home, Lr. Main St., Dundrum tomorrow (Saturday, 21st Sept.) from 3pm to 5pm. Requiem Mass on Monday (23rd Sept.) at 10.30am in Church of the Holy Cross, Dundrum followed by funeral to Mount Jerome Crematorium. Family flowers only please.
