O'FARRELL, Jack (Rathfarnham, Dublin, and Mullingar, Co. Westmeath) July 13, 2018, (peacefully), after a short illness, at St. Vincent’s Private Hospital. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Noreen, sons Donagh, Cormac and Fergal, daughters-in-law Liz and Carmel, grandchildren Aisling, Niamh, Ciara, Sean, Eoghan, Daragh, Conor and Cara, his brother Anthony C.S.Sp. sisters Mary and Phil, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by his brother Robert. Rest in Peace. Reposing at his home in Rathfarnham this (Monday) afternoon from 3 o’clock. Removal tomorrow (Tuesday) evening to Church of Our Lady of Good Counsel, Ballyboden, arriving at 6.30 o’clock. Funeral on Wednesday after 11 o’clock Requiem Mass followed by burial afterwards at Kilmashogue Cemetery.
