COONEY (née Roche) formerly of Townrath, Drogheda, Co. Louth - February 12, 2012 (peacefully) in her 93rd year in the loving care of the staff of Gormanston Wood Nursing Home, surrounded by her loving family. Breige; beloved wife of the late James Cooney and mother of the late Seamus Cooney. Sadly missed by her children Pat, Peter, Maura and Dolores, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, her ten loving grandchildren, extended family, relatives and friends. Rest In Peace. Reposing at the home of her son Pat, Greenlea, Dublin Road, from 5 o'c to 9 o'c this (Monday) evening. Removal tomorrow (Tuesday) morning at 11 o'c arriving to the Dominican Church for Requiem Mass at 11.30 o'clock Burial afterwards in Monasterboice Cemetery.
