PALMER, (Blackrock, Co. Dublin) Willard T. (Bill) – November 30, 2017, (peacefully) in the wonderful care of all the staff of Newtownpark House Nursing Home, beloved husband of the late Eithne, much loved and devoted father of Nicola and Susan (Broadbery). Sadly missed by his daughters, son-in-law Ciarán, grandchildren Ruah, Malachy, Cillian, Shona Marie, Eliot, Rachel and Jacob, his niece Fiona O’ Toole, nephews Ian and Gareth Palmer, extended family and friends. Removal on Monday from Quinn’s of Glasthule to the Church of the Assumption, Booterstown arriving for 10am Funeral Mass followed by cremation in Mount Jerome Crematorium. Family flowers only. House private. "May he rest in peace"
