JONES (late of Rathcroghan and Castleknock, Dublin), Patricia - March 5, 2015. Peacefully, at St. Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown, following a short illness bravely borne with fortitude and dignity. Deeply mourned by her loving sisters Nan, Mary, Pauline, Eileen and her brother Christy. Sadly missed by her sorrowing nieces, nephews, relatives and a wide circle of friends. May her gentle soul Rest in Peace. Funeral Mass today (Saturday) at 12.00 noon at the Church of St. Eithne and Fidelma, Tulsk, with burial afterwards in Tulsk cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to St. Francis Hospice Fund.Ar dheis Dé go raibh a h-anam dílis.

<p>Pat's passing on</p> <p>I am really glad I found a way to offer my condolences on dear Pat's loss to you her family members. I met Pat in Malta in 2008 and again in Ireland last year. I would like to say that in offering my sympathies I am speaking in the name of the fraternity in Malta and in Europe. May the Good Lord receive dear Pat into his eternal home where she will be feasted in joy and everlasting love.
