O'DONOVAN, Lt Col Frank O’Donovan Fairyhill, Blackrock, Co. Dublin August 31, 2022 peacefully in the loving care of the staff of Ashford House Nursing Home. Predeceased recently by his loving wife Kit. He will be greatly missed by his adoring children Hannah, Mark, Isobel and Edmond and loving grandchildren and great grandchildren Nicholas, Sinead, Nieve, Ellen, Stephen, Katie, Thady, Laoise, Charlotte and Patrick, extended family especially in-laws Herbie, Sally-Anne and Susan. “A great family man and a true gent”. Reposing at Massey Bros Funeral Home, 5 Newtown Park, Blackrock on Monday September 5, from 5 pm to 7 pm. Frank’s Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday morning September 6, at 10.00 am at the Church of the Guardian Angels, Newtown Park Avenue followed by Cremation at the Victorian Chapel Mount Jerome at 1.00 pm.
