MYATT Dorothy Aged 80 years (née Elliott) - April 12, 2013, following an increasingly painful and debilitating illness over the last 12 months, thankfully she now rests in peace away from pain and frustration at her loss of mobility and dignity. Dorothy will be missed by many people who came into contact with her as she walked everywhere and spoke to almost everyone she met who got to know her. Not withstanding all her colleagues from Palgrave Murphy Ltd., Girls Brigade (Dublin), China Clays Ltd., Hong Kong Federation of Industries, Hong Kong Catholic Fellowship, Garringtons Ltd Bromsgrove united Charities, Rigby Hall School, Age UK, Just4Ladies Gym ST. Gadwald's Rambling Group and friends world wide. It goes without saying her brothers Bill, Bob, Norman, sister-in-law Joan God daughter Belinda will miss her presence though their meeting were infrequent they kept in close touch. Alan (her husband) is relieved that from an exceedingly active life and cheerful disposition she has found peace at last from all her misery of the last few months. A cremation will be held on Monday 13th May 2013 to be attended by family and close relation only (no flowers). It is planned to hold two memorial events for Dorothy for those who wish to attend to remember her, dates provisionally proposed being Saturday's 15th and 22nd June 2013. Details will be advertised later when finalised.
