OWENS, Monica (Freeman) (Mount Merrion), December 4, 2020 (peacefully) at home with Catherine and Michael in her 97th. year. Mother of Owen, Eddie, Emily O’Byrne, Catherine Altman, Chris and Liz Carney, mother-in-law of Marie, Hugh, Michael and John. Granny of Jenny, Lisa, Ciaran, Odhran, Roisin, Brian, Doireann, Cahal, Cillian, Ciara, Ronan and Sarah, great granny of Nora, Louis, Mia and Aoife, sister-in-law of Pam Freeman and Hugh Owens. Loved and remembered always by her extended family and friends. Due to current restrictions a private Funeral Mass will take place this (Monday) morning at 10.00am. On the First Anniversary of Monica's death her family would like to thank everyone who attended her funeral whether in person or remotely, sent Mass cards, letters of condolence, flowers, stood outside their houses or the church. Thank you also for your kindness to each of Monica's family over the last
