MORAN, Fr. Patrick J., O.S.A. (St. Augustines Limerick, late of St. Augustines Dungarvan, Washington Street, Cork and Croughta, Ardfinnan) (peacefully) - July 9, 2014 in University Hospital Galway, beloved brother of James, Nora (Morrissey), John and Mary (Phelan); deeply regretted by the Augustinian community, by his brothers, sisters, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews and a wide circle of friends. Mass today (Thursday) at 11.30am in St Augustines Church, Limerick. Removal at 3.00pm to Goatenbridge G.A.A. Hall. Reposing from 5-9pm. Requiem Mass in St. Mary's Church, Ballybacon tomorrow (Friday) at 11.00am. Burial to follow in adjoining Cemetery. House private on Friday (Croughta). No flowers please. Donations may be made to your local hospice fund.

Regrettably, I only heard of Fr Moran's death recently. He was a great principal in Dungarvan during my time there. Sadly missed by all.
