PEILOW - Robin. Goatstown, Dublin 14. Passed away on 12th September 2026, with his son Tom by his side at St Vincent’s Hospital. Beloved husband to his late wife Carol, he will be deeply missed by his children Karen, Trina, Cherry and Tom, sons-in-law Niall and Geoff, daughter-in-law Liisa, his grandchildren Finn, Grace, Bobby, Padraic, Tom, Akseli and Matilda, his dear friend Rosamond, and his extended family and friends. He will repose at Fanagans Funeral Home, Dundrum on Wednesday 16th September from 6-8pm. His funeral will be held at St Philip and St James’ Church, Cross Ave, Booterstown A94 VR80 on Thursday 17th September at 12 noon. A Private Cremation will take place at a later date. Reposing at her residence (V95 NYX8) on Wednesday (September 16) from 5 pm until 8 pm. Arriving at Ennis Cathedral on Thursday (September 17) for Funeral Mass at 11 am. Burial afterwards in Drumcliffe Cemetery.

CATNEY - Sr Marie-Joseph Died peacefully at St Catherine's Convent, 133 Falls Rd, Belfast BT12 6AD, on September 12, 2026. Beloved sister of Pat, Phil, Martin and the late Sheila. Deeply regretted by her brothers, sister , extended family and her Dominican Sisters. Sr Marie-Joseph’s remains will repose at St Catherine’s Convent, 133 Falls Road on today (Tuesday), September 15, from 2.00 p.m. until 5.00 p.m. for those wishing to pay their respects. Requiem Mass will be celebrated in St. Therese of Lisieux Church, Somerton Road on tomorrow (Wednesday), September 16, at 2.00pm followed by burial at Dominican Convent Cemetery.

Much loved wife and mother, and writer on education. Greatly missed and remembered today as every day, as is Dermot, by Eric and Family.

CULLEN - (née Houston) Elizabeth, Rathfarnham, Dublin, September 12, 2026 (peacefully) in the excellent care of the wonderful staff at Simpson's Hospital Nursing Home. Beloved wife of the late Charles J. and much loved mother of Karl, Gerard and Ilse. She will be sadly missed by her family, daughters-in-law Anne and Joan, son-in-law Nigel, her treasured grandchildren Claudine, Paul, Emily, Mark, Naomi, Liz, Christine and Shane. Her great-grandchildren Éabha, Elliott, Charlie, Fionn, Millie, Jamie, Freya, Naoise, Bobby and Elise, brothers-in-law Myles and Michael, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. May she rest in peace. Removal tomorrow (Wednesday) morning to the Church of the Annunciation, Rathfarnham for Funeral Mass at 10.00 am followed by burial at Bohernabreena Cemetery.

QUINN - James (Jim) – Glasnevin. On his first year anniversary, September 15, Mary, Elizabeth, Deirdre, Claire and his brother Michael, along with his extended family, wish to thank all those neighbours and friends who have provided such support and solace to them, and who continue to do so. Jim’s family remain indebted to his amazing carers and friends in Caremark, in Bartra Residential Home, Northwood and in Our Lady of Dolours Parish, Glasnevin. Jim is much missed, but forever remembered, and forever loved.
