LIGNELL, Nils (Chestnut Glen, Glenealy, County Wicklow) - Nils died peacefully in the loving care of doctors and nurses at Wicklow Hospice, 3rd May 2021. Sadly missed by his beloved partner Lisa (Liz), his loving daughters Tina and Bianca, grandchildren Aimée and Ange, brother Hans, sister-in-law, extended family members, friends, and neighbours. IRWIN, Cyril - April 28, 2021, at the age of 85. Predeceased by his parents William Henry Irwin and Margaret Irwin. Fondly remembered by his sister Hazel (Tom), his nieces Nuala (Fabio), Helen (Rene), nephew Liam, his three grandnieces, Valentina, Simona and Francesca, and a host of wonderful friends. A truly generous and convivial man, Cyril enjoyed his long life, both with the College of Surgeons, the Stephen’s Green Club, Monkstown Football Club and, best of all, the Pembroke Cricket Club, which he loved and was loyal to for 73 years, having joined as a 12 year old in 1948. Funeral Mass will restricted to twenty five people on Thursday, May 6, at 2pm in St Mary's, Star of the Sea Church, Sandymount.
