EDGILL, Elizabeth (Betty) (née Payne) (Mount Briscoe, Daingean, Co. Offaly). December 3, 2021 peacefully at home following a short illness surrounded by her loving family. Sadly, missed by her husband Henry, her loving son William and daughter Margaret, brothers Roy and Jimmy, sisters Dora, Jane and Anne, sisters-in-law Alice, Dawn and Helena, nephews, nieces, grandnieces and grandnephews, extended family and friends. Funeral Service will be held at Saint Mary’s Church, Geashill, Co. Offaly at 11.00am tomorrow (Tuesday) morning followed by private cremation afterwards. House private please. Family Flowers only. Peacefully in the loving care of the Little Sisters of the Poor, Holy Family Residence, Roebuck Road, Dublin 14. Late of E.S.B. and of Grange Golf Club. Beloved husband of the late Agnes, predeceased by his loving daughter Colette. Sadly missed by his son Maurice, daughter-in-law Janet, nieces, nephew, extended family and friends. HASSETT, Ann (née Lynch) (Ballinagee, Enniskerry, Co. Wicklow) – December 2, 2021, peacefully, at home, she will be sadly missed by her husband Padraic, sons Niall, Conor, Cormac and Bobby, daughters-in-law Maureen and Rebecca, grandchildren Sean, Patrick, Lily, Anabel, Sophie and Mikey, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and close friends, predeceased by her siblings Pat, Mary and Dick. BAILEY, Dr Miriam (Courtmacsherry and Canada) December 2, 2021. Peacefully in Montreal, Canada after a long and well-travelled life. Daughter of the late Jack and Eileen, sister to the late Denis. Deeply regretted by her sisters Isabel (Curtin) and Rosemary (Maguire). Miriam will also be sadly missed by her brother in law Jerome, nephews, nieces, grand-nephews and grand-nieces, cousins, relatives and many friends both in Ireland, Canada and elsewhere. CUNNINGHAM, Winifred (Winnie) (née Duffy) – (Kilmacud, Stillorgan and former nurse in St. Columcille’s Hospital, Loughlinstown). December 1, 2021 (peacefully) in her 91st year in the tender care of the staff at Kilcoole Lodge Nursing Home surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her beloved husband Basil. She will be very sadly missed by her son John, daughters Mary and Ann, daughter-in-law Martina, sons-in-law John and John, her eight adoring grandchildren Seán, Elliot, Rachael, Cassy, Emma, Aisling, Katie and Lucy, brother Seán, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
